1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Recruit Finders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Recruit Finders provides automated recruitment and outbound email software. We allow you to connect your Google Account via OAuth to send automated outreach emails using the Gmail API.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Recruit Finders only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Sending unsolicited spam, phishing emails, or malicious content.
• Violating Google's API Acceptable Use Policies or Gmail Program Policies.
• Attempting to bypass our system limitations or security measures.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and revocation of Google API access.

4. Google API Integration

Our application uses Google APIs to provide core functionality. You must explicitly grant permission for us to send emails on your behalf. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Google regarding your account, including suspension due to violation of their spam policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Recruit Finders be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
