3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Recruit Finders requests access to your Google Account (via OAuth) to enable core application functionality, specifically the ability to send outbound automated emails on your behalf.

Google Workspace APIs Limited Use Policy:

Recruit Finders's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We only use the restricted gmail.send scope to send automated outreach emails that you explicitly initiate.
• We do not use Google API data to build advertising profiles or sell to third-party data brokers.
• We do not read, store, or analyze your personal inbox history or incoming emails.
• Data Sharing & Disclosure: We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third parties, except as strictly necessary to provide the core service (i.e., sending the emails you authorize), to comply with applicable legal requirements, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We explicitly do not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
• Data Protection Mechanisms: We employ strict data protection mechanisms to secure sensitive data. All Google user data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL protocols. Sensitive data, including Google OAuth tokens and credentials, are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We employ strict role-based access controls to ensure that only authorized microservices can access these tokens to send emails on your behalf. We never store the contents of your personal emails.
